Melka Marine, Inc. was established in 1971 and incorporated in January 1975. Melka Marine is a Virginia Class A contractor specializing in marine construction and commercial diving. Our commercial diving crew has performed dives throughout the Eastern United States. Our diving, marine and land construction services are highly respected.
