Experience
 

Mr. Miguel Tardencilla has been with Melka Marine, Inc. for over 25 years. He joined the company as a laborer and through on the job training is currently serving as a Deck Hand/Tender as well as continuing to assist in various land projects. He has participated in diver operations as a topside tender and has hundreds of hours of top side tendering experience on jobs for Federal, State and Local Governments as well as for multiple private industries including power plants. He is well versed in line-pull signals and handing of lines and hoses.


Mr. Tardencilla is fluent in Spanish and has acted as translator while on the job. 

He is trained in hazardous materials awareness and is certified in Standard First Aid and Adult CPR.
